At Garyu Sanso Villa, the following measures are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Please have your temperature taken at the reception desk when entering the venue.
   *You will be refused entry, if you have a fever of 37.5 Celsius or higher, or show symptoms such as coughing or a sore throat.
2. To prevent overcrowding, we are limiting admission to not more than 60 people at a time.
3. Please wear a face mask.
4. Please sanitize your hands with the alcohol disinfectant provided at the front desk.
5. The reception desk is set up with an anti-splash tabletop shield.
6. Reception staff wear face masks and splash-proof face shields.
7. Money trays are used to prevent direct contact when handling cash.
8. Buttons pressed for information recordings are regularly sanitized with alcohol.
9. All windows in the facility are open to improve ventilation.
   *Some windows may be closed due to weather conditions such as rain and wind.
